Warranty Terms & Conditions

All of our repairs are done with the care of the customer’s experience In mind. Refurbished Sales & Repairs come with a standard (60) day warranty. This means that for 60 days after completion of the repair or sale, our standard warranty is observed. We will service your device and at our option (1) repair or (2) replace the faulty hardware at no cost to you. The standard labor rate will apply to repairs and services beyond (60) days. Refurb Kings is not responsible for damages or costs that are the result of accidents, misuse, or abuse of your device. Modifications or repairs made to your device by anyone other than Refurb Kings will void your warranty. Refurb Kings is not responsible for any losses or complications that arise as a result of a device failure or a delay in the repair of your device.

What Is Covered:

Refurb Kings warrants the device or repair against defects in material or workmanship under normal use for the applicable warranty period (“Warranty Period”), beginning from the date of the original repair completion or sale of the device. If the Product becomes defective during the Warranty Period, Refurb Kings will; at its option and without charge, repair the device with new or reconditioned components, or parts, or Provide store credit for the price paid.  See warranty statement above.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover:

This Warranty does not cover and shall be void for defects or damages resulting from casualty, accident, transportation, misuse or abuse, liquid, viruses, spyware, neglect, alterations, service, or repair by other than Refurb Kings, improper installation, operation or maintenance, improper connections with peripherals, or other causes not arising out of defects in materials or workmanship. Refurb Kings is not responsible for damage to or loss of any data, whether it occurs during warranty or another repair service.

Preinstalled or Bundled Software:

Refurb Kings makes no warranty or representation, either express, implied, or statutory, with respect to software provided with the Product and licensed to Purchaser, its quality, performance, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nor does Refurb Kings warrant that the functions contained in the software will be uninterrupted or error-free. The software is provided “AS IS”, except if expressly warranted by the licensor in the applicable software license agreement, and is subject to the terms and conditions of the software license agreement contained in or accompanying the software. In no event will Refurb kings be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any error in the software or its documentation, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Data Storage Media:

The only effective protection for data stored in a device, such as internal memory, SD Card, HDD, SSD, is the regular backing up of that data by you, the Purchaser. If during the warranty service or repair of the device the contents of the device or any other data stored is lost, Refurb Kings is NOT responsible. It is solely your responsibility as the Purchaser to back up any software, data, or information stored on any storage media or any part of the device.

Device unlocking is done on a case-by-case basis. If for some rare reason we can’t unlock your device we will refund you. We will NOT REFUND for delays in the unlocking process.

Accessories may only be exchanged for the same make and model if defective.

All sales are final, NO REFUNDS.

*Please note, any device left for longer than (30) days will become the property of Refurb Kings.

We will work with all customers to resolve any issues that may arise.

End-User Product Limited Warranty This end-user limited warranty (“Warranty”) is extended by Returb Kings to the original purchaser (“Purchaser”) of the Refurb Kings product (“Product”) accompanied by this Warranty and is not transferable.
