All sales are final. New Phones/Devices include a one year manufacturer warranty.
Refurbished Phones/Devices include our in-house 60 day warranty.
Used phones are sold AS-IS; they are fully tested, powered up, and Test Called.
Unlock codes are ordered on a case by case basis. If for some rare reason "no code is rendered" we will promptly refund or credit the customer's particular payment method.
Accessories can only be exchanged for the same model and make from original purchase.
All bluetooth accessories carry a one year manufacturers warranty.
We will work with any and all customers to resolve any issue that may arise.
